To celebrate our opening, we’re releasing just 100 Founding Passes for $99 each. Your pass gives you unlimited visits during Saunoa Ottawa’s first two weeks, for about the same price as two regular admissions.

Come every other day. Come every day. Heat, cold, rest and repeat as often as you’d like for two full weeks.

One regular visit to Saunoa costs $45. With the Founding Pass, for about the price of two sessions, you get unlimited visits throughout our first two weeks in Ottawa.

WHAT IS SAUNOA?

Saunoa, pronounced SOW-no-ah, is the Finnish verb “to sauna.” It describes the act itself, not simply the room where it happens. That idea shapes the entire experience.

Step into the deep, dry heat of the cedar sauna. Cool down in the ice-cold plunge. Rest by the water, then begin again. Each 75-minute visit gives you time to move through the cycle at your own pace.

There’s no complicated spa routine and no previous experience required. Just bring a swimsuit and towels and come as you are.

Saunoa Ottawa will be located at 501 Promenade Sir-George-Étienne-Cartier, beside the NCC River House, bringing a restorative waterfront experience to the heart of the city.

Come on your own and join a community session, or bring your crew and book a private session. No previous sauna or cold-plunge experience is required, and during your 75-minute session, you choose how long you spend in the heat and cold.

  • The Founding Pass gives you unlimited eligible visits to Saunoa Ottawa during its first two weeks of operation. The entire pass costs $99, which is about the price of two regular sessions.

  • No. Joining the waitlist gives you first access to the purchase announcement, but passes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until all 100 are claimed.

  • The pass will be valid during Saunoa Ottawa’s first two weeks of operation. Exact dates will be shared with waitlist members once the opening date is confirmed (will be opening Fall 2026).

  • Yes. Pass holders will need to reserve each visit in advance, and all bookings will be subject to availability.

  • Each Saunoa visit is 75 minutes.

  • Saunoa Ottawa will be located at 501 Promenade Sir-George-Étienne-Cartier, on the Ottawa River, beside the NCC River House.

  • Bring a swimsuit and two towels. A complete list of what to bring, along with arrival and safety information, will be provided before your first visit.

    There are changerooms on location and a there is a composting toilet located just in front of our sauna. We also have access to the NCC river house facilities.

    There are no showers available.

  • The Founding Pass is intended for one named pass holder and cannot be shared or transferred.
