Your Private Sanctuary: Secure the entire deck for an exclusive 90-minute session of saunoa.
The Intent: Designed for meaningful celebrations, intentional team rhythms, or a restorative gathering with your inner circle.
The Space: A floating escape for up to 12 guests to breathe, rest, and saunoa in good company.

Please arrive at the time of your booking or just a few minutes before. If the door is locked it means our team is cleaning the facilities for you!
We let guests in at the time of their booking!.
2 Towels, one for the sauna which should be under your body at all teams, feet too! And one for the plunge or after your session to dry off.
We have changerooms on site.
Yes, there is a composting toilet located just in front of our sauna. We also have access to the NCC river house facilities.

Where's the cold plunge?
Toronto - the cold plunge pool is right on site, just on our outdoor deck.
Ottawa - the direct river plunge is an enclosed space, ensuring you can plunge in comfort - we also provide direct open water river acces
Not quite! We’re a floating sauna, that is to say, a structure built on floats.
We have community and private sessions. Come as you are, with friends, or reserve the entire facility be it for a yourself, a date night, or your crew.
Toronto - Cold water showers are available on location.
Ottawa - no showers are available.
