Toronto's floating sauna and cold plunge on the waterfront.

Cedar heat, contrast therapy, and a wellness ritual in the downtown core.
Heat, cold, rest, repeat.

Cedar heat, ice-cold water, harbour views.

Saunoa (SOW-no-ah) is the Finnish verb for to sauna. It refers to the act itself, not the room you do it in, and that distinction shapes everything about how we built this place.

Saunoa is a floating sauna and cold plunge anchored on Toronto's harbourfront, with the CN Tower over your shoulder and Lake Ontario in every direction. Inside, cedar walls hold the heat the way a Finnish sauna is meant to: deep, dry, and slow to leave the body. Outside, the cold plunge tub waits at lake temperature, sharp enough to wake every nerve.

Saunoa works for almost anyone looking to slow down for an hour. Couples, friends, teams, first-timers and more welcome - no experience required.

No memberships, no spa script, no upsells. Bring a swimsuit, leave with your shoulders an inch lower.

What Guests Say

"Such a relaxing and fun experience with my girlfriends at Saunoa. The views were amazing, especially watching planes take off and land at Billy Bishop. The team came in with eucalyptus sauna scent, which made the whole experience feel even more spa-like."

— Liz F.

"The cold plunge was what really made the experience for me. The view was out of this world. I had originally planned on going once during my work trip, but I had such a good experience that I went a second time and brought some of my colleagues."

— Kyle F.

"The most beautiful escape in Toronto. I brought a group of people with a vast amount of sauna and cold plunge experience from all around the world, and we all said this one was by far the best. Incredible view of the CN Tower and the stars."
